Thirty years ago, Christopher Richardson set out to design a theater seat that took real notice of the human body's shape, and that would be comfortable for the duration of a show... the result was Mirage’s highly successful four-cushion geometry, which has since been fitted into many theaters, both in the UK and in the USA.

Having four separate cushions, each with a different foam density build-up brings unrivalled comfort.

The bench is available as a two-seater or a three-seater, riser mount or tier mounted, with fixed base or removable stacking base.

The Mirage bench has recently achieved LEED certification, at the Jerome Robbins Theater.
