Art Basel
Steeldeck® installed a levelled, hurricane rated, 68'0 circle in the Miami Beach Botanic Garden that allowed the addition of a geodesic dome for a jewelery presentation event, during Art Basel in November 2007 & 2008.
Cars
Steeldeck® platforms are extremely sturdy and an a rake, can be used as car ramps, or car platforms.
Columbia University Graduation
For the Columbia University graduation ceremony, Steeldeck® installed seating tiers, which incorporated the graduation stage.
Diesel Store
For the 5th Avenue store, we installed a performance stage over the entrance, for their resident DJ.
MTA's 2nd Avenue Subway Groundbreaking
A stage, press platform and tunnel access steps were installed in an unfinished subway tunnel under 99th street and 2nd Avenue.
Museum of Modern Art Sculpture Garden
Steeldeck® provided platforms to cover the pools and create a performance platform over the foliage in the sculpture garden at MOMA for their annual garden party
Nassau Coliseum
A rolling performance platform designed to roll on and off the ice rink, allowing access for the Zamboni.
Nathan's Hot Dog Eating Contest
On the corner of Surf & Stillwell Avenues in Coney Island on the 4th July, Steeldeck provides the performance, judges, press and access catwalk platforms, enabling 68 hot dogs and buns to be eaten in 10 minutes (Joey & Kobayashi 4ever!)
New York Public Library
Steeldeck® installed a custom band stage over the main entrance to the New York Public Library.
NFL Kickoff
After the NY Giants won Superbowl XLII, Steeldeck® installed a VIP stage built at Merchant's Gate at Columbus Circle, as part of the celebration to start the new season. The challenges included building over Central Park furniture and around trees.
Nike 'King of the Court'
Nike announced their new product in a novel way, on the flight deck of the U.S. Intrepid, on which Steeldeck® built a double skinned basketball court.
Pope's visit to New York City
For the pope's visit to New York, we installed a platform in St Joseph seminary, in Yonkers, for the blessing of youth's with disabilities.
Radio Shack, Times Square
A large laptop was installed on top of a Steeldeck® stage, for this promotion on Military Island.
St. Jude Children's Research Hospital
For a fund raiser, Steeldeck® designed and installed, custom bars, a runway and press platform
